Throughout that journey, I learned that sustainable success is never achieved through strategy alone. It is built by investing in people, fostering collaboration, and creating solutions that improve outcomes for the communities we serve.

After decades in executive leadership, I recognized an opportunity to extend my impact beyond a single organization. Today, QEA partners with healthcare organizations across the country to solve operational challenges, strengthen provider networks, optimize performance, and develop scalable strategies that drive measurable results.
